Throughout my analytics career, I've seen the same challenge play out: leaders being forced to make critical decisions based on fragmented data, endless spreadsheets + systems that don't talk to each other.

Named in honor of my grandfathers, Willie Johnson + Stafford Nelson, Will+Ford is built on their values: real impact, practical solutions + a commitment to doing right by the people we serve.
