What are your hours of operation?

We are available for response between 7am and 7pm CST every day. If you need to reach us outside of those hours, we can work with you on developing a schedule tailored for your organization.

What software applications do you all use?

We have experience using all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerBI, etc.), CyberSecurity software (Rapid7, Cofense, etc.), statistical analysis tools (JMP, SAS, R, SQL, etc.), as well as a host of other IT/SaaS applications (ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, etc.).

How do you charge?

Our fee structure is based on deliverable. After our initial conversation, we will develop a project proposal that will contain our fee structures. Because of our flexible nature, we offer various payment methods, including installment plans.

Where are you located?

We are located in New Orleans, Louisiana; however, we are open to traveling, whenever necessary. We can service clients all over the United States.
